How to use
Standard Use: A 10-12 minute treatment at 16-24 inches from your device is an optimal start to your RLT sessions. For symptomatic areas, you can increase to up to 20 minutes, but beyond that, the evidence points to diminishing returns (your cells can only absorb so much light at once).
How Often, Daily: To get the most out of your RLT treatments we recommend once daily use, although 2-3 times per day may be beneficial for symptomatic areas.
